| In Spring 2024 the workgroup reviewed data from the nationwide FINDS (Family and Individual Needs for Disability Supports) Survey, specifically needs identified by Minnesotans, and created a one-pager that was shared with legislators during Disability Advocacy Day at the Capitol events, as well as via email. This one-pager highlighted ways in which the staffing shortage impacts people with disabilities and their families directly, as well as offering recommendations for decision makers.
