Arrowhead PATH: Collaborating for Community Growth

The Arrowhead Positive Supports Community of Practice Story!

Plain Language Positive Support Resources

These plain language descriptions of Person-Centered Practices and Person-Centered Planning were created by self-advocate workgroups in Duluth and Grand Maris, supported by the ARQC and the Arrowhead Positive Supports Community of Practice. This project continues, so check back periodically for new Positive Support descriptions. Up next: Overviews on Positive Supports and Positive Behavior Supports.

If you’re a person with a lived experience of having a disability living in the Arrowhead and would like to learn more about these workgroups, please reach out to Becky at RLambert@ArcNorthland.org
