How did you first get involved with the Quality Counsel and The Arc:

I became aware of The Arc of Minnesota because I have a son with disabilities. I often used our regional coordinator as a resource, as well as The Arc’s website for questions I had regarding the various challenges that come with raising a child with a disability. The Arc was top of my list when I decided to start looking for employment. I knew that The Arc of Minnesota would be a good fit for me. It’s exciting to me to be able to make real change in my community and state.
