Now\, we are ready to make things a little more tangible through a Person Centered facilitation method called a PATH. \n  \nPlease fill out this form or fill it out in the attached Word document to help us plan for the future of Regional Capacity Building. We will use your answers and a live discussion to create our plan. If you are not able to attend the meeting\, we strongly encourage you to complete the survey. We still want your input even if you aren’t there live.
