Please join us to plan for the future of Regional Capacity Building! Over the last few months we have laid the ground work. Now, we are ready to make things a little more tangible through a Person Centered facilitation method called a PATH.

Please fill out this form or fill it out in the attached Word document to help us plan for the future of Regional Capacity Building. We will use your answers and a live discussion to create our plan. If you are not able to attend the meeting, we strongly encourage you to complete the survey. We still want your input even if you aren’t there live. If you will attend the PATH discussion, you can choose to fill out this survey ahead of time, share your thoughts during the meeting, or both. Either way, we will use your answers to create our PATH and plan for what this group will do in 2025.
