It is a statewide initiative with regional work being done in the Arrowhead\, West Central\, Metro\, and Southern regions of Minnesota. The purpose of Regional Capacity Building is to promote and share information about Positive Supports for people with disabilities regionally\, and share recommendations with state leaders. Positive Supports are practices that improve quality of life and cultural responsiveness.
