DESCRIPTION:There is a lot going on in our country and state right now\, and elected officials need to know how the laws they make effect people with disabilities. Your lived experience matters and can inform the decisions they make. However\, it can be hard to figure out the best way to advocate and share your story with people in positions of power. Join us March 5th from 3:00pm-4:00pm to learn how!   \nSophie Iverson from The Twin Cities Regional Capacity Building Network will present on how to tell your story and advocate for what you care about. There will also be a workshop opportunity to start crafting your message.   \nThis event will be held via Microsoft Teams.
